This keyboard has given new life to an old, oft-broken, oft-repaired HP Envy 17T touchscreen laptop. If I ignore the battered look of the rest of the laptop, it feels like a new computer again. On this particular model (17T-J100), the install is not for the faint of heart (see photos) but it's not hard at all if you just follow instructions in the service guide available from HP. Be aware, however, that the touchscreen panel does not need to be removed, and shouldn't be removed. The only tools are a couple of small phillips-head screwdrivers and a plastic pry tool.
