I also suggest it be kept out of toaster ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers (even on low heat). In all seriousness, as an interior-use electronic device, treat it as such. No extreme temperatures (below freezing or above, say, 115°F), keep it out of direct sunlight, and if you think your TV couldn't handle a particular placement, don't put your Aura Frame there either. **Q: I display christmas photos throughout the years as part of my christmas decorations. can i set up the frame to display photos in different albums?** A: You can't organize photos into albums in the Aura app, but you don't "have to wipe every photo" as mentioned in another review. You can upload as many photos as you want and then you go through and individually select which ones get displayed or not. You can change which ones are displayed anytime you want. It would be better if there was a way to group them so you could just display one set of pics or another, but its not terribly hard to change which ones are displayed either. **Q: I want to have this directly shipped to my mom who lives in another state. is there a way to set it up on app without scanning the code?** A: Yes, I shipped one to my mom and was given the code in advance via email to preload pictures without ever having the frame in my possession. Pretty cool. **Q: Does it have a slideshow option, so that the pictures are constantly changing?** A: The Aura frame has a slideshow with unlimited storage. You can choose whatever slideshow speed you like, ranging from 15 seconds to 4 hours.
