My wife and other daughter took it but not consistently and they caught a mild case of the flu. What conclusions can be drawn from that? Probably none. Now my family takes them regularly and none of us have caught COVID-19 yet as far as we know. Neither has 99.5% of other people in the Charlotte, NC area. So I really can't tell you if taking these gummies will prevent you from getting sick, but I can tell you they taste good and have no zinc after taste. My younger 14 year old daughter looks forward to taking these every day and has asked me if she can have more than two. So because these are candies keep out of reach of children who may ingest too many. Too much zinc can cause adverse effects. If two years go by and I still haven't caught COVID-19 then I will consider raising my review to 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Usually really like this product.
