**Q: This may seem like a stupid question, but is this flour unbleached?**
A: This is not bleached. It's stone ground whole wheat. It makes kick ass bread. Best thing I've found for my recipe.

**Q: Is this organic or not? Picture says yes but description does not.**
A: NOT ORGANIC.. Amazon is fully aware they have inserted the wrong photo but is un willing to fix it. We spend hours and hours on the phone with them insisting that they remove this photo. 

The UPC code for this listing is for 100% whole wheat flour NOT ORGANIC.

We added to our bread mix one cup to four or five cups bread flour

**Q: what is the difference bettween this and stone ground graham flour**
A: I don’t know, but the following is what I found on “google”. This wheat flour is an off white color, rather than tan and is  finer than most brands at the store.
