Should fit fine. I can fit up to 3 in there with the ice pack provided, but one pen lasts about a month so really carry 1. Height should be no problem. If it doesn't, it's easy enough to return. However I use Insulin Pens called Humulin and it fits 5 of those, they are about 5/8” round and 6” long maybe that will help you calculate. **Q: How long will the biogel stay frozen if hard frozen overnight?** A: For my eight hour flight, with additional time from home to hotel, it was still frozen as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too. The bio gel freezes and stays cool for a long time, amazingly it keeps insulin at a consistent temperature during really warm times and cold times. IT'S MAGICAL! I am so happy with this purchase. I did order extra bio gel packs to have them as we are frequently in motion. It is bulky to where it doesn't fit in my purse, but fits perfectly in the cup holder. Again, so happy with this purchase, it gives me so much peace of mind!
