I'd give this 5 stars except the listing is VERY MISLEADING. The delivered product is absolutely nothing like what you see in the picture. I don't know if this was intentionall, but it was a SHOCK seeing what they delivered compared to what the ad's picture shows. That being said, the sausage has an excellent flavor. I will be buying more, but I hope they take a picture of the REAL product instead of using the misleading picture they used for their ad. I bought the sausage for Creole gumbo and the gumbo was delicious.
