A: Have you tried a test run could be blocked ? I think it's best to Google the machine you have to see if you can find an answer as it's doubtful it's the ink ??

A: Go on Facebook & search inkforinkjet. 
They do excellent uk made sublimation ink & if you purchase their ink they will do you a free ICC profile.
