This runs easily and quickly creating raccoon eyes, and it "sticks" to my skin; so not only are you out and it's running, you can't clean it off. It often leaving traces for days after trying to remove with makeup remover several times over. It makes my eyelashes heavy, and I found my contacts get dirty, which I've not had that problem in the past...strange...
