Tire shops destroyed 5 stems trying to put the larger ones in! When I bought this it went right in. **Q: What years does this spare tire valve stem work for? I have a 2005 E320** A: I have a C300 and the stem valve I ordered was for the spare tire. They are smaller than any I found. If I remember correctly the E320 has same size spare as C300. **Q: Can this be installed from the outside of the rim?** A: There are some products to install from outside of the rim but they’re not practical. Just take to tire shop they only have to break down top bead.
