This box is great. excellent construction. I used one of the pizza dough recipes listed in the book that came with it. Refrigerated the dough for 2 days, then proofed it for 2 hrs before making the pizzas. This was the best crust I've ever eaten and as good as any I ever ate during a 2 yr tour of duty in Sicily, and that's saying a lot. The only thing missing was the fire brick oven flavor.
