It took about 20 minutes because the Bikeroo seat comes configured for a normal bike. Consequently I Had to rotate the connector 90 degrees to get it connected to the Peloton. You need a set of socket tools to do this (actually only one 9/16 inch socket and a socket wrench). Maybe there is a video somewhere to show you how to do this.
