My first use got 90% of the color out. I waited a day, and decided to do it again. This time I didn’t set a timer, and the product sat on my hair for roughly 30-35ish minutes (package insert says 20 minutes). This removed the remaining color. The product gives you up to four uses if needed. I was able to completely color correct with only two uses. The ONLY negative is the fumes. They are STRONG… like eye burning strong. I had to open the window and it was still rough.
