It works better than all the other materials the occupational therapist has used to protect the joint and heal my mallet finger. The plastic splints for nighttime only use were not as effective at maintaining the exact position (without any slight flexion) like this casting material can, so the doctor wants to start another six-week protocol. She’s hoping to improve that last 15% droop.
