**Q: can it fold to 90 degrees?**
A: Not without another knuckle adapter.

**Q: what is it made of**
A: It's very hard plastic, the same as the mount bracket.  The screws and nuts are of good quality, not the cheap stuff often found in other such products.  This allows for better placement adjustments.

**Q: Can it be turned to be used in left to right motion, rather than up and down?**
A: Yes, just turn it a 1/4 turn when installing it.
