I tried it with tonic to start and will try with Prosecco which I’m sure will be lovely too. It’s lightly citrus and slightly herby but not too much, a slight bitterness like Campari is but again not as much. Similar to triple sec in a way. It’s not sweet which is good. It has a flavour all of its own. Only 20%. Great as an aperitif! Downside it is expensive but I don’t think you’d want a lot of it, more as an aperitif. Review: Delicious in fizz - Delicious. Thanks to Amazon it arrived the next day. Beautiful bottle but note the liqueur is white not blue. It tastes similar to gin in a way but not as sharp.
