Might be better used on a bed or couch. However, the adjustments are problematic. You need to push in a button at the hinge, in order to adjust the angles, which is a bit awkward by itself and next to impossible with the laptop in place. My laptop kept slipping off the stand. It’s very light weight, but feels well-made. It’s a little tricky getting it into place the way you want it. I am thinking of marking the adjustment points with nail polish to make life easier in the future. It fits well in the passenger seat of my truck, and I’m going to put one arm under the seat belt and the other under the center consul for stability. It does not fit well on our RV theater seating couch. If I could make the armrest side shorter and balance it on the armrest, then it would fit.
