This I found this to be quite delighting, as as noted in the Q&A something that could replace noodles in some way. Certainly a bit bland (not in a negative way) taste, just as noted "noodley". I have enjoyed it in a soup with veggies (such as Napa cabbage or baby boy choy) and meat and a nice broth. One cube took over my kitchen! They grow and they just don't stop. They are delicious and completely worth it! Do not rehydrate in a small or medium bowl, you will definitely want a decent sized bowl for rehydration. I don't know how they store after cooking, the kids have yet to leave any leftovers, they are that good! They are not slimy, they are firm. The taste, texture and palpability are top notch.
