I didn't go in expecting this to be exactly like ramen, etc. The texture wasn't terrible to me. My noodles weren't mushy, but will probably add more water next time to make it brothier. Quite spicy! Which I like. But overall, being able to fly with something I know has protein and nutrients in it.
