**Q: What is the difference between the 501 and 551 versions of this sealant?**
A: Both are non-sag, but 501 is for horizontal surfaces and 551 is for vertical surfaces. Not sure what the difference is. The last letter indicates the color. (W=white)

**Q: can this caulk tube of dico r be reseal ed after opening, to be used at a later date or will it just dry out.?**

I have had tubes covered for many months and they don't dry out.  I have found this at local hardware stores as well.

A: Non sagging like the label says.

I used this to seal my replacement TV and Cellular antennas to my RV roof, and it works perfectly! Don't be stingy when you lay your bead down. Make sure it's thick and wide before you press your project into it. Then cover the top of the mounting flange with this stuff before packing up your looks. We just had biblical level rains here and my ceilings are dry.
