Such as the time when Hiti changed the design of the print cartridge to save on production costs. We had to update the driver and firmware by connecting to the internet. This is not practical in the field during an event. As a result there were many unhappy customers when we told them we could not print their photos. Hiti saved money at the customers expense. We are currently looking at other printers and have found some promising solutions.
