They said they had to stop and inspect each piece carefully before installing it which took extra time. That 2 or 3 out of the 8 pieces in each box were damaged. I would have spoken to desertcart had I known this info sooner. They had to cut the damaged part off and it wasn't as usable. They made it work. I had purchased 2 extra boxes which helped. Would I purchase again? I don't know because these guys know the flooring and would charge more because it IS a pain.
