Review: 慢性的な首・肩の重いこりに悩まされていたので購入しました。 整形外科でのリハビリであたためをするのですが、同じような感じで、肩周り全体を暖めてくれます。 電子レンジでタオルや小豆を温めるのは手間がかかり面倒だったので、コンセントに繋げていつでもワンプッシュで温められる快適さが何よりも良いと思っています。思い立ったときにすぐボタンを押して、1分もすればポカポカです。 購入前は、重りがあるということで肩にずっしりくるかと思っていましたが、重いという感覚は無くて、寧ろもう少し重たく背中に張り付いてくれてもいいくらいです。 肩にかけるだけではなく、背中から腰あたりに置いて背もたれに挟んだり、太腿に乗せたり、推奨されては居ませんが寝るときに足首に乗せて湯たんぽのように使ったり、寒い冬の季節に暖かく手触りの良い布というだけでも価値があります。 タイマーも30分単位で設定できますし、温度も9段階あり安心です。 これで首のコリが完全に解消されるということはなかったですが、お風呂に入ったあとのよくな、血行が良くなったかなというコリのほぐれる感覚はあります。 首の疲れに悩んでいる方は試してみてください。他にもマウスピースも試してみてはいかがでしょうか？首に巻いて顎を支える器具や、真ん中がくぼんで左右が出っ張っている枕などは効果が無かったです。参考になれば幸いです。
