I believe the original seller who put up the listing doesn't/did not ship to Texas. My guess is that that they were not certified to ship to Texas, along with the other 3 states. However, I ship to all states except for Arizona due to the timely and costly restraints involved with that specific states regulations. **Q: Whether cacao plant will be shipped to India that is karnataka in karnataka Bengalure. And whether this cacao plant can be grown in this environment.** A: Sorry but I don’t know if it can be shipped there have to check with the seller. If your in the tropics it should be able to grow.
