Seguí las instrucciones para ponerlo ... mojar el área donde se va a aplicar, dejar secar 24 hrs y curarlo al prender el calentador. Funcionó perfecto ya el calentador funciona sin problemas. Se ve un poco feo porque es de color gris y no encontré color blanco, pero con lo que costó no me compro un calentador nuevo. Sobró bastante producto, fue en realidad muy poco el que utilicé. It works. I've had to redo the Chimera a couple of times, but no repair lasts forever, and I believe it works super, and will buy it again. Nothing lasts forever. **Q: I want to use this to plug gaps between the wall and the painted fireplace where some ants are entering. Is this the right stuff?** A: This product is great for repairing cracks and holes inside the actual fire box. Probably better products to use on the exterior of a fireplace near the wall. **Q: Can you use this to repair crack in clay chiminea?** A: Sorry, I am not qualified to answer your question...What I used it for, was the stone flooring of my fire place showed small fracture lines..?.As, you are aware to fill in those cracks....You needed to use some form of cement puddy with the added feature of holding high temperatures...Which it did magnificently. **Q: What is the difference between the mortar and cement products?** A: Rutland's Mortars are smooth-bodied and so are perfect for tuck-pointing or repairing mortar between bricks.
