Best pillows I’ve ever owned **Q: Where are these pillows made and where are materials (fill and cover) sourced from?** A: Pillows are made in China. Does not reference where materials are sourced from. **Q: Are these the pillows used at Harrah’s Las Vegas?** A: I’m not sure about Harrah’s but probably because they are at Caesar’s and that’s why I ordered them. **Q: Are there pillows good for menopause? Do they keep your head cool?** A: I did not find a significant difference in these pillows to help with that. I did find flipping the pillow over to the cooler side did help once I was warm, but these are not cooling pillows. Happy to find them available on Amazon! I'm a side sleeper, and I can crunch this pillow up to have significant support for my head and neck. I also use two of them to prop against the bed frame when I read in bed at night. It is leaps and bounds better than my down alternative pillows. I have been searching for good pillows for years now, and I finally feel like I've found the right ones.Some questions and reviews have been concerned about the "crunching" sound that it can make. I can say that I think the inner chamber is encased in a thick plastic sleeve. I'm guessing the plastic is to keep the feathers from popping out. As you mold the pillow to a comfortable position, I do hear some plastic "crunching", but it stays silent during the night and doesn't bother me. The comfort of the pillow outweighs the small amount of noise once-in-a-while.Overall, I'm very happy with these pillows. I've pulled my old ones off the bed and will keep those for guests or the grandkids to use. These are mine! :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Resort quality down feather pillow. High quality and very soft. ### ⭐ Very disappointed *by E***O on February 2, 2019* Have always loved these pillows when staying at hotel. Finally looked at tag after many stays and started searching for them online. When I saw them on here had to order. I ordered in both King and standard. So disappointed, not even close to the same at hotel. The king ones don’t have nearly as much fill and not sure if right word, “softness”. Down was/is bunched up in clumps on each pillow and when lay head on pillow feels like laying head right on a sheet, no support at all. Kicking myself for breaking up boxes as soon as I opened because I definitely would have sent them back. Have not had a good nights sleep since using, actually writing this now because I cannot fall asleep and I threw out all my old pillows as well when these arrived. Going to store first thing in morning to buy something else.
