Seems well made, switches works well, unit has solid feel. Comes with a rechargeable battery plus you can add two of your own regular D batteries. Has nice sound and good tuner, easy to tune and pulls in station. Solid fold up handle that disappears when folded. And has TWO solar panels! They really work well, the red charging light comes on when they are getting enough light. Very easy to charge also with supplied USB cord. Would make a nice gift. Works great! The solar function is awesome for in the go. Picked up radio signal really well. It’s small and compact so it’s perfect for travel. Gets pretty loud and sounds great! We take it camping and it’s perfect.
