It's denser and more solid than the featherweight crumble-blocks everyone else sells.However, Amazon did not package my shipment very well. They simply put the Spider Chalk box in a padded manila envelop and sent it on its way. When it arrived, the box was crunched on one end and the blocks inside were in pieces.I emailed Spider Chalk customer service with some photos, and they replied almost immediately with a cheerful and courteous plan to fix the situation. Two days later and I'm the owner of some brand new, INTACT fancy chalk blocks.Spider Chalk Customer Service deserves as much recognition and kudos as possible. This really has been one of the best customer experiences I've had. I'll definitely buy from them again.
