Any favorite flavors?** A: I find that the Twisted Limeade tastes like a Mountain Dew that has been left out for an hour and isn't quite as "fizzy". I usually start drinking one about 30 minutes before the gym, and since it takes me a while to finish, I’m normally done with the can by the time I’m about halfway through my workout. It gives me a nice boost of energy and helps me stay focused during training.The flavors I’ve tried, including Cosmic Rainbow and Cereal Killer and The Variety Pack with the Cherry flavor, are both really good and don’t have the overly artificial taste that some energy drinks do. I also like that they’re zero sugar. I also like that they are carbonated!One thing to keep in mind is that each can contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is a decent amount. If I drink one of these, I usually skip my coffee for the day because that’s already enough caffeine for me. I definitely wouldn’t drink one close to bedtime, especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine or have trouble falling asleep.
