He was pleased with both the quality and the price. He felt it worked as well as his much more expensive aid which had finally died.When I had trouble getting my Amazon account to send something to an address other than mine, it ended with two hearing aids being sent. When I tried to stop the second one and failed, Banglijian was remarkable in their response. First, they responded in less than 12 hours. Secondly, they offered several ways to deal with the problem, and in both choices were more than fair. (As a side note, the problem had partially occurred because they were so efficient in sending the devices.) This is a remarkable company with honesty, efficiency and fairness in all they did for us. It took a little getting used to. I experimented with the large tube then the smaller one. Also tried the open and closed earbuds. I did find a combination that I like, is comfortable, and works very well for my right ear that was damaged some years ago. I did not realize just how much I was NOT hearing. Alot! I charge it every morning as I enjoy my coffee. When I'm ready for it, it's ready for me. It is such a fine unit that I ordered two varieties from Banglijian for my sister who has been putting off getting one for too long. She's trying them out now. I can't wait to hear how it helps her!
