Review: Makes a great pie (ps - the color is normal!) - I’ve seen several complaints about how it looks coming out of the can (tan/gray in color) and after some research, found that it’s perfectly normal. The heat of the canning process does something to the pigment, so if you want a nice pink pie, plan to add some strawberry’s, food coloring or cranberry juice. With that said, we made a rhubarb pie (added some strawberries), adjusted for the softness (that happens to all canned fruits or vegetables) and it came out great!
Review: VERY DISAPPOINTED - Dissapointing....this product was very expensive and nothing to brag about. The rheubarb was very mushy and VERY LITTLE OF IT JUST lots of syrrup.

**Q: What does it smell like?**
A: Thiis product is from the UK, and maybe their definition of rhubarb is different. The chunks had no pink color at all, the syrup was so sweet there was no tang left, and smell? None at all. I threw away my second can.
