Product Description Matthews Eight Grain Flour 16 kg - A special carefully selected blend of strong white Eight Grain flour, flakes and seeds - No preservatives and no additives added Ingredients Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Malted Wheat Flakes, Rye Flakes, Oat Flakes, Maize grit, Linseed, Millet Seed, Sunflower Seed, Malted Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions COTSWOLD EIGHT GRAIN Ingredients: Flour 700g; Salt 15g; Fat or Olive Oil 25g; Fresh Yeast or a packet of Dried Yeast 15g; Water 430 ml; Method: 1. Place the dry ingredients & fat in a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook; 2. Dissolve the yeast in the water and add to bowl. Mix for 8 -10 minutes on a slow speed; 3.
