Though expensive, these are outstanding optics, especially in low light situations, early dawn and twilight, the best times for birding. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good glass, though not quite what I was looking for- *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on 9 February 2019* I’ve had a pair of Zeiss for quite a while (20 yrs. plus), and decided to give these a try following a car accident into a river where I lost the others. When I ordered these, I thought I was ordering the ELs. I should have realized I wasn’t by the price. However, they are nice and clear, with excellent resolution. Great glass. I changed because of the ergonomics and the chance to try something different- Of course, Zeiss may be better than that now, as well. I only have one problem with them. I REALLY wanted the EL series and now, with my income, I can’t afford to get another pair and I am stuck with lesser quality binos for another number of years, though these ARE excellent, just not what I thought I was ordering. Not Swarovski’s fault.
