I have heard this many times but thought it was probably an old wives tale. I was totally bewildered and confused by the huge choice, and the massive difference in prices. I ended up buying this one as compared to others the price is reasonable, and it said Raw Honey which somehow seemed better. Anyway I have been taking as prescribed for two days and I think it works.
