Dispite my blunders, the building pamphlet is really easy to follow, the pieces came beautifully organized, and I was able to use one of the extra screws to extend the life of our broken cat tree just a bit longer. While I built it, my cats absolutely loved it, to the point one of them tried to fight me while I was building it so she could have it to herself. They love it. It is a good height, and even not secured to the wall it is sturdy and hardly moves. I feel confident that it will not tip over easily if it does at all. The hammock is securely attached between the posts and holds the weight of my heavier cat. It is secure enough that I am sure it could hold two of my bigger cat. My cats enjoy the three attached ball toys, and it also came with two mice toys that I assume are to replace any of the ball toys when they are inevitably torn into. Assembly was easy. The only problem I had was that all pieces of the same size have the same label, despite being different colors. I had to check the listing picture to make sure I was putting them in the correct spots. A pleasant surprise was that the assembly instructions also include a guide on how to turn the box the cat tree came in into a little playhouse for the cats. I have not yet done that, but I have kept the box to do so. This is a great cat tree, which I gladly recommend.
