A friend of mine has been telling me about the principals of Grounding and how much it helped improve his life. And after months of him trying to convince me to give it a try I decided to give it a go. So I did a little bit of my own research and decided to pick this one up. When it arrived I surprised at how easy it was to setup. No complicated instructions or anything. Just simply plug it into a plug that is grounded and place your feet or a part of your body that is uncovered on it. The quality of the mat is nice and feels good on my feet. Folds easily and isn't too big which I like. I wasn't expecting much just because I was still unsure about Grounding, but within moments, as soon as I stepped on it I could "feel" a slight tingering in my feet. Maybe it was just all in my head, but it was the littlest of sensentions. It felt nice. I placed it on the floor while I sat on the couch and sure enough, after about 25 minutes I just felt very relaxed. My muscles felt relaxed, I felt relaxed and a nasty headache I had seemed to vanish. Now I don't feel comfortable saying it was the Mat because it could have just went away on it's own, but sure enough, my body felt great, my headache was gone and my anxiety which I've had for years seemed to just fade away. And sure enough, when I would get off the mat I still felt great, but not as great. But the moment I went back to it I felt that same feeling of wellbeing come over me again. Now I know from my own research it can take time to really build up the "energy" so I just continued using it over the next few weeks and I got to say, I'm becoming a believer in Grounding.
