Review: LED Lights Not Working Correctly - My desertcart Basics chair that I got in 2020 had broken, so I got this to replace it. My only issue is that the LED lights aren't working correctly, which is one of the reasons I got this. They'll be fine for a while—an hour or so—then freeze and eventually get really dim. The remote also doesn't work when this happens, so I turn it off at the power source and leave it alone for a while. I note that the connection where the USB plugs into the battery is kind of loose, and if I move it around, the lights kind of flicker, but doesn't do much else. I don't know if that's the issue, though, as when I turn it back on after a while, it works fine until the next time it happens. I don't know if this is a defect with the chair or something, but I am not really going to fault the seller for this. I may eventually order a different brand chair with LED lights elsewhere to match my keyboard, mouse, and speakers with LED lights. EDIT: As an update, the issue is with the battery pack, specifically with the USB outlet in it, and not the LED lights. I plugged the chair directly into a USB outlet powered by electricity, and it hasn't had issues since.
