This doesn’t work for the photo I have.** A: It's unfortunate crappy advertisement, if you scroll far enough into the description of the product ot is measured out on the mat to be 7.5 x 11.5 and not 8x12 like it says in the title. **Q: Would this work for a 12.5x16 picture?** A: I don’t think so. You would have to go one size up and have a custom mat cut the that size. Can you crop off 1/2”? Maybe cut 1/4” off each side with a mat knife. **Q: How should I remove the protective film on the plexiglass? I can't do it.** A: Don't give up. It is difficult to find the edges of the the film to peel off.
