### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 筋引包丁(両刃)。研ぎが必要。

両刃なので鋼の筋引包丁です。柳葉包丁は一般的に片刃の包丁だと思います。当然、片刃包丁にある裏すきはありません。 新品はコーティングされていて、切れません。荒砥、中砥、仕上砥の順にきちんと研げばよく切れます。硬めの包丁ですので研ぎづらさはあるかもしれません。 個人的には鋼の筋引包丁として使っていくつもりです。切れ味は、きちんと研げば素晴らしいです。
