**Q: I have 20cm Cooks knife and 17cm Sandoku knife and am considering to add one more cook's knife. Should go for 14cm or 16cm?**
A: I have the 14 cm cooks knife, which are used a lot for meats and large hard vegetable chopping (like large carrots, swedes & cabbages etc). I also have the 10 cm vegetable paring knife. This is really great for cutting small vegetables, like sprouts,  green beans, small carrots & cucumber etc. Hope this helps 😊

**Q: How offen should you sharpen knife?**
A: I wipe it through the sharpener a couple of times pretty much every time I use it.

My son bought me this knife for my birthday last year, and as he loves cooking, I decided to return the favour and get him one for Christmas, so technically, this one hasn't been used yet. However, my one is used every day and I wouldn't be without it. It cuts through anything without any effort. By far the best chef's knife I've ever owned in all my adult life! I went on to buy a smaller vegetable knife from the range and have put the bread and carving knives on my Christmas list! Yes, they are rather expensive, but so worth it! Just a tip though - keep them away and preferably in their box (& obviously, well out of reach of children) - it would be easy to cut yourself badly if rummaging through a cutlery drawer for it!!
