Suddenly I was able to walk again for over an hour with no pain. Recently I have been wearing walking boots and I noticed with no insoles I was starting to get some pain again, so I just bought a second pair of these insoles to avoid having to switch them and immediate improvement. I cannot recommend these highly enough and they are very reasonably priced in comparison with some of the more popular brands. However after a couple of years these wore out. I went to a Podiatrist who who made temporary insoles for me to try and if they suited he would make a permanent set for Β£295 +Vat.
