They have 0 oversight for organic / non-gmo. **Q: How many mg per serving?** A: 1,000 mg per 1/4 tsp serving....On the label in the photo, it says that 1/4 tsp is 1,000 mg of vitamin C. So 1 tsp is 4,000 mg of vitamin C.
