I do not have a model number. it’s a tiger shark by aauavac with quick clean. will this fit my machine?

Set of tracks - RCX32002, set of filters -RCx70101, set of brushes RCX26008, One impeller - Rcx11000 - I looked online at the tune up kit for tiger shock - kits fit Hayward tiger shock MODELS RC9950CUB, TIGETSHARK Qc R9990CUB and TIGETSHARK Plus RC9955Cub - check your model number on your machine. The above number for set of brushes are what you need. I've included the other numbers if you need any of the other parts. Hope this helps you.

This is just for one roller, correct?

I believe so, I ordered it back in 2016. Unless the package says 2, I think it's only for one roller. I ended up ordering 2 because I needed them.

How long does it take to install? It does not seem easy if you have to take the whole thing apart. Is there a link for instructions?

These are fairly easy to install and takes about 10 minutes per side. There's nothing to take apart; just cut the old ones off and wrap the new ones around each roller. Make sure you order two as there is only one in each package.
