Review: Super fine weave + extra strong and durable for re-use! - I’ve used cheap 50 grade cheesecloth before that I didn’t even realize was really bad or “poor grade” until I tried this 60 grade cheesecloth! The weave is very fine and tight which makes it a lot more durable and it will last a lot longer. In fact, this kind is reusable for more than one or two uses, unlike the other type I usually bought which was usually disposed of after one or sometimes two uses. PROS + Very fine weave + Very durable and strong – keeps its shape after washing & wringing out + Suitable as butter muslin for soft cheese making + Washable and reusable + Four yards of cheesecloth + Cut-to-size to suit your needs for a variety of tasks + Useful for: filtering/straining, crafts, tea bag for loose leaf teas, bandages/bindings CONS - Absolutely none! I found folding this twice was sufficient to strain plain yogurt to make greek yogurt and also ideal for making homemade ricotta cheese. **Q: Can it withstand heat for cooking?**
A: Yes! I used this for covering turkey while roasting. That would work nicely to keep the bird moist and flavorful though i would recommend removing it and turning up the temp for the last 20 min to crisp up skin.

**Q: Is it reusable? how should it be cleaned?**
A: As soon as you pull it off the cheese soak it in hot bleach water, rinse well and air dry. There may be a few bits of cheese that stick in the cloth but I just repeat the process before use on the next batch.

**Q: Can you cut the cloth down to size? I want to use it to steep tea leaves.**
A: This cheesecloth is one large sheet so you can cut the exact size you need.

**Q: Does the cloth have a cooking twine to tight it close ?**
A: It contains the cooking twine, you can use it for cheese straining. I used twine for roasting chicken in air fryer. Worked great.
