### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute Device - Mine Broke

I purchased this charger in December 2014 and used it one time that month during a trip to Japan.  I pulled it out the other day to charge up for another trip and noticed that I couldn't get the charger to stay in the input plug.  It was very loose and finally the input plug fell back into the charger.  It was pretty difficult to find a way to contact the company; I finally had to email them through Amazon, selecting an invoice issue.  I explained what happened and they were very prompt in responding to me.  Even though my charger was out of warranty (the warranty is for six months), they requested that I send them my charger, which I did.  They replaced it with a new one at no charge.I am very impressed with Cheero's great customer service.  The charger itself is very cute (I have the pumpkin one), but it's quite heavy (mine is 9.1 ounces) and it takes a very long time to recharge itself.  I rate the device three stars and the customer service five stars, thus the four star overall rating.  I probably would not purchase this again, due to the weight and concern about build quality.

Lasted me about 2.5 years.Can no longer charge the product due to the usb charging piece loosely coming off and there being no way to open the product to repair. Otherwise decent charger and holds a lot of charge

So cute and charges my phone at least two and a half times when it's fully charged. It's a little heavy but it's definitely worth it!
