I looked at quite a few different mattress toppers before deciding on this one. It came vacuum packed with a special tool to open it without damaging anything. Followed the instructions and put it on. There wasn’t any bad smell which you can sometimes get with this sort of thing.It probably took a couple of days to fully expand but from the first use the comfort level was vastly improved. It felt like sleeping on a new mattress!I understand you can get an even firmer feel if you flip the topper to the other side but so far I’ve been very happy with the default side. Perhaps in future if I feel it’s getting less supportive I’ll flip it then.The quality is great and it’s done exactly what I’d been hoping for - now getting a really comfortable sleep and no more back pain! Perfect size and fit. I have to ensure I use sheets that are the right depth to avoid them popping off at the corners.If you’re on the fence about whether to invest in this or not I’d say go for it.
