Honestly feel like I hit the jackpot. It's SO comfortable. It puffed up right after opening the package and got even fluffier after doing the dryer method, and after 24 hours it's even firmer than it was before. Size wise it's amazing, I'm a bigger girl (about size 16-18) and don't find it too small. The arms could be a little longer but considering that would make it a bit more unwieldy, it's not that much of a problem. From the reviews I was a bit worried about the firmness and support but it's perfect. Of course you need to lean it against something - it's a big pillow basically, not an actual armchair or something - but I don't sink into it and it doesn't lose shape or anything.
