I wore it the morning after my delivery and if it so many compliments on it. The buttons made is so easy to nurse and have skin on skin contact with baby. I was able to pop baby right in and keep warm with the gown itself and a blanket over (see photo). It was so great for bonding. Also this gown was great for modesty like not having a tie in the back, good length, and not being exposed. There is plenty of room to get me through til 40 weeks. I even tried it on over my t-shirt and sweat pants. I'm afraid with the large I would have been swimming in it. This gown was thick and I like that it was a darker color. The snaps in the back and along the shoulders were great and felt very secure.
