As it has no extra additives, no sugar etc. it is suitable for people who have different food intolerances/allergies or are allergic to certain substances (like milk, gluten, preservatives etc.). The flavour is very neutral, similar to the taste of milk, but very light. It helped me to build muscle tissues, as I have difficulties to gain weight (underweight) and not much muscle mass. As it contains no casein (milk protein) and has only pure Whey protein, you don't build fat mass, just muscle mass. So even perfect for people who are trying to reduce weight! The powder is easy to digest and also the protein amount is quite high. I can only recommend it!
