**Q: What is the difference between glutamine and l-glutamine?How does it help in leaky gut syndrome?**
A: Glutamine supplements use L-glutamine, Normal glutamine are the ones known as D- glutamine present in our body . Would suggest you to consult a general physician  for the same before utilising any of the dietary supplements. Secondly , leaky gut syndrome problem cannot be solved by glutamine , have a triphala with warm milk or water before you sleep during night .
