Check the spec for "max teeth" (not total teeth) and compare it to your cassette. It may be spec'd for 34 and you have 34 or slightly bigger. If it's a match either get a longer cage derailleur or a smaller cluster gear. Some variation of this. **Q: Does this chain come wih connecting links or pins? If not what is reccomended?** A: Yes, it does come with connecting pins or Rivets if you will, I would personally recommend the KMC 5,6,7,8 speed Missing links as I personally think you should just ignore using the pin. **Q: Will this work okay on a 9 speed crankset?** A: No. Not at all. Don't even try. The dimensions are completely different. Everything about a 9 speed drivetrain is slightly skinnier. The differences are miniscule (.5mm at most), but it's enough that putting a 6/7/8 speed chain on a 9 speed drivetrain is just a sloppy thing to do.
